Coaching Skills
The mye-coach system has been designed by Coaches to support and enhance the coaching process - not to replace it. While we continue towards our goal of making coaching more effective in organisations, our experience has shown us that such effectiveness is often constrained not by functionality, but by the skill, ability and the attitude of the person using the system.
As such mye-coach offers coaching skills programmes for Managers, Coaches and Administrators. The programmes are tailored to the individual requirements of the client and range in length in accordance with the level of coaching skill required and the level of complexity inherent within the coaching intervention.
For those who are relatively new to coaching, a two day programme, with pre and post programme one-to-one coaching sessions, is recommended as a minimum requirement in order to ensure that the core coaching concepts are understood and can be used effectively.
Many of our clients however recognise the need to ensure that such skills are fully embedded in order to firmly establish coaching within an organisation. We therefore provide additional full or half day workshops at regular intervals to further develop the relevant skills and ensure that standards and quality are maintained.
For those who will be administrating the system or for existing certificated coaches who only need to become familiar with its operation and functionality, mye-coach runs half day skills sessions to ensure that users feel confident and are able to access all of the system's benefits.
